There's still a little Myzithra in the fridge; I like to grate it on pasta or toast.
Plus now there's some aged sage cheddar from a small quasi-local dairy farm.

For about an hour, I had ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan in the fridge. Now a spinach lasagna, ready to be baked, is sitting in the fridge next to a relatively small hunk of parmesan. 0

we had cheese slices the other day. i ate them all

The cheeses I have in at the moment, are, Colin, and Brenda.

I bought some more of my fave Camembert yesterday. I kept it out of the fridge as I usually do, but this stuff is so ultra special that my kitchen smells rather weird.

Grated parmesan, and Cumin Gouda.

Got some cheese today, chedder and leiber (however its spelt) wedge which I'm not sure if I've had before

I went to Borough Market on Saturday, and got some Italian sheeps's milk cheese, and a semi-soft cow's milk cheese, from my favourite Italian cheese stall. Sadly he'd sold out of his absolute best cheese, which is a square white-rind cheese, a bit like Camembert. Both were excellent, and I shall enjoy them again next weekend!

They do a couple of goats/sheep cheeses at the Italian deli opposite my house, both fairly* hard type cheeses, about chedder hardness I'd say, don't ever seem to have any of that really strong soft goats or is it sheeps cheese, I think goats, haven't seem taht anywhere in ages haven't got a supply of really* decent camembert
