Wow it's been a long time since I learnt about the Battle of Thermopylae! It's great to see your entry.
I think that its worthwhile polishing it up a bit and then it'll be an excellent entry! 
Instead of lots and lots of background maybe just a little to just fill it out would be enough. But it was definitely an incredible event and must have been terrifying at the time!

Thanks for the imput.
The backgrounds nessacry and the guide entery doesn't contain that much (which it should). Also, the entery was unintentionally copied. I will be re-writing when i get time, under the name 'battle of thermoplyae' but it won't be done roughily 4 quite awhile.
