Emotions and seasonal seems to be a strange combination. I've always thought the current smileys divisions were a little stretched though - emotions and actions inevitably overlap a bit and some things which are represented by items (lightbulb and heart symbol) are in there too. I divided the seasonal into whether they were animal, plant or food when I made my pages.

Well I only put them together because I really didn't have a better place to put seasonal... but yeah, you don't realyl need a page for seasonal...

We'd make them ourselves... its really the same thing as just mentioning them, publicity, you know... heh heh heh...

I had another thought about seasonal ones last night after I'd gone offline: is there any scope for seasonal-violence smileys. I know you've gone more general now (more like the SAS/SATS smiley campaign group). However, there might be such a thing as easter-egg rage (the throwing of coloured eggs), xmas-greed or xmas overdose. The drink-and-drive smiley is probably a must. That over-turned xmastree one is probably an offensive weapon already - for poking at other smileys along with the strawberry (ie the pointy stick bit of the Monty Python soft fruit self-defence class). One would probably need a cartoon safe, 10-ton weight or piano to drop on people. All are traditional (if not exactly seasonal). There isn't even a carol singer smiley to attack with the spork. Perhaps I should be back posting in the suggestions thread though.
