Hi fur-balls, I've read all three entries, and they read well. They do contain lots of information I'd want to know if I bought a hamster. What I miss, though, is a disclaimer that they usually (well, at least gold hamsters), only live for about two years, many live even less. My sons had hamsters, and it is heartbreaking to see them die. We had a few hamsters and after the last one had died I decided that I wasn't up to going through this again, so we didn't have any new hamster. I don't think they're suitable pets for very young children, firstly, because young children usually go to bed when the hamsters get active, and secondly, the loss of the favourite pet can be traumatic, so I guess you should point oiut that, too.

I have read all three. Very informative and well written, but (you saw that coming didn't you? ) may I make a bold suggestion. I'm going to anyway, whether you like it or not Parts two and three start rather abruptly can this not be made into one or two entries instead? I'm thinking IID here, you come across part 2 which start with food or part 3 Eccentricities. They would not stand alone IMO.
Good work, nevertheless.

We have addressed your point about the entries Magwitch, and have written introductions to all of them which we hope you like. We will get on to Bel's point later when we have a bit more time- does anyone else have issues?

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
