Oh, I dunno... sounds like a lot of work. 
All that ordering food and packaging, organizing, cooking... and then there's those pesky customers you have to deal with when you run a business...

Actually, I wasn't napping the *whole* time I was gone - when hurricaine Isabel came through here, our electricity was out for almost 2 days...
