h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*HDS's char nods to Skullock's, and goes back to his gambling. Building his funds and biding his time, and sipping his Corellian Ale*

*enters the bar still with the hood of her cape up not takeing notice of anyone else there*

Barkeeper, would you know of anywere a person can stay for a reasonable price?

*The man continues gambling while a waiter brings another round of Corellian Ale*

*taps fingers on the op of the bar waiting*
oh... forget this...
i cant be botherd...
*walks out of the bar*

*the man watches her leave through his periferal vision, and continues playing sabaac*

*keeps on gambling*

*enters the Cantina and sits at a table over at the side of the room*
a name... a name.... </>


*someone comes over and asks her to order so she gets *

something will come to me... and i will deside what life to lead when it does </>

*The man notices the new person in the cantina and wonders what she wants. He orders her a Corelian ale, tells the waiter not to say who got it for her, and orders another for himself*

*the waiter brings her the ale and then takes one to the man*

*looks at the drink slightly confused*
I dident order this...

*looks around at the others in the Cantina for someone else who could have*
*pushes the drink away from her nugeing it slightly with the force but nit enough to draw attention*

*picks up her and drinks it insted*

*downs his ale, orders another, and keeps gambling*

*taps her fingers on the edge of the table while shes thinking of what shes going to do next*
*'accedently' spills the ale*

*jumps back apparently suprised about it spilling*

*The man playing cards lazily looks over at the ruckuss, orders another ale, and goes back to his gambling*

*looks around at the various gambelers and desideds that this is not the type of company she wishes to keep, and so leaves the cantinia*

guess she doesn't get her forged papers then

*The man gambles some more, then downs his last Corellian Ale, gathers his winnings and leaves*

* a large group of various humans/aliens play sabacc in a closed off area of the cantina*

*walks into the cantina and gets the equivelent to milk and salted cracker things then sits in a quiet corner*

*sigh*
stuck alone... in a cantina full of people
sometimes i wonder if... i should have listend to ma'rol...
but... the light of a candle shines brightest when surounded by darkness...
as long as i can hide the light from those that will try to extinguish it

*finishes her drink and cracker things*
*goes back to the engeneering place*

*Sabacc game finally finishes after days of playing*
