Update 05/10

OK - the table has been updated with this week's points. Well done to Odo and Friddle who are both steadily climbing (the latter with the hindrance of the two worst players in the League). And if the rest of you don't do something soon, Uncle Heavy's going to run away with this season. As usual, I don't claim infallibility on the maths front, so if you spot any glaring mistakes, let me know.
OK - down to the important stuff. This week's Cup Results in the Qualifying round:
Players with Nice Names (Odo) 9 - 6 The Brett Angell All-Star XI (Egon)
The Istvan Kozma Superstars (Alfredo Marquez) -2 - 9 Apple Juice ('Desk)
Odds and Ends (Andy G) 2 - 14 The Ghost of Peter Reid FC (Friddle)
This means the draw for the First Round Proper is as follows:
Boothen Enders (Steve) vs Players with Nice Names (Odo)
Professor Psyc's Admin Express (Psycorp) vs Apple Juice ('Desk)
The Ghost of Peter Reid FC (Friddle) vs Forbes Phillipson's Masters (No Six)
Hardly Athletic (Otto) vs Aimless Wanderers (UH)
I've also updated the player lists with some recent signings and whatnots.

Popular opinion has it that Uncle Heavy is less of a man than a boy/gorilla/woman (please delete as appropriate)

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
