Here are my thoughts ... hopefully they're constructive after the initial damning ...

IMHO this entry is not ready for the Guide. The fact that you managed to get "Excellent Adventure" in just shows that there was a scout out there with low standards and little discretion. (Strong words, I apologise to whoever).

However ... to get it in the Guide I think you need to:
- Tighten up the plot explanation to a paragraph or two.
- Discuss the production stuff. Like it obviously having a bigger budget.
- Explain the appeal. For me, I love the scene where they're falling to hell. They're screaming, they stop look around, and then go back to screaming.
- Look and point out the references e.g. Seventh Seal, Star Trek.

In all honesty if you just want to give a plot synoposis, it should be amalgamated into the "Excellent Adventure" entry.

Alternatively if you don't think it's worth the changes ... change the title to "A Plot Synopsis of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey - The Film" or similar.

Further comment ...

- the plot "summary" gives a lot of detail on the opening 20 minutes or so, then hardly anything about the remainder of the film. This should be evened up.
- the film had a great soundtrack (just like the first). Again the higher budget allowed them to get in rockers like Kiss.

IMHO film entries need to be along these lines ...

The first twenty minutes is an idea of what it's about, not the film...

It's KISS I believe. Knights In Satan's Steed or something.

The entry title tells me it's about the film ... now you're telling me it's about the first 20 minutes. Bit misleading isn't it

Perhaps retitle the entry to "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey - The First 20 Minutes of the Film"

*shrug*

I'm not going to say all that happens in the film, it's just a tester.

So have you actually made of the changes suggested within this thread so far?
