You are probably right. In a world of 7 billion people, there are only 500 million who are not in their right mind.

Cor blimey; kids eh.. Hard of thinking that is for sure where they come up with the stupid idea of putting your pic in a book about yourself and call it facebook.
Blimey, when are they going to come down to the real world, nobody is going for that one.

We think less of our monkey cousins because they seem to mindlessly omotate what they see others doing. Amd then we see our own kind doing much the same thing.
I think monkeys deserve more credit than they get.
Facebook has grown to be worth 22 billion dollars in just a few years. Two of the founders have 5% or 6% of the stock of the comnpany, but even that small amount makes them billionaires.
I hope they cash in at a good time, because this could be a fad that gets superceded by something else.

.. I've known several people .. all mammals .. mostly human .. that I thought were on a lower intellectual level than apes ..

Are you talking about very bright apes, or the duller ones? Apes very likely have a wide range of intelligence, just as humans do. Not that I've ever met any apes or conversed with them.

What's the overall ratio between the librarians and the managers?

paulh, vaccinated against the Omigod Variant Posted Oct 9, 2010
Too many librarians, or too many managers?

I've known very few librarians who went on to be great managers. I'm not sure any great harm would be done if there were *no* managers....
