The soft yoghurt like foodstuff that tastes of chocolate and has lots of airbubbles in it is spelt "Mousse." I will concede that is a difficult one cos all the obvious options - mouse, moose etc, are all valid. If you're online and need a spell checker, try http://www.dict.org/. Its good for defs too.!
