A Conversation for Those Who Can't Edit, Critique

hmm.. ideas without reading it all

Sorry I really would have, for I find myself rather long-winded and therefore can't ignore others who have this affliction, but as a matter of time and space I think it may be physically impossible for me to read everything.
Anywho, what I've come here to point out (maybe not for the first time) is the fact(at least in my humble opinion) that it might be better to collect a list of names who would be open for others to critique or un-officially reject their pages with no ill-feelings. I find myself in this category, and would love it if someone would point out all that is wrong with my submitted pages, but I hesitate when I think of doing this service for others, because how do I know they want me to?
This topic is covered in your page here(which I did read BTW) but not with this angle.
After all, if we never covered all the angles then we'd never have invented the wheel.

Hi I am answering as Zach is doing other things at this time.

As you know we have started precisely that cos you are one of the volunteers.

An Idea buzzing around my head at this time is when a page is completed the researcher posts a forum themselves headed REVIEW/(page number) IE REVIEW/A120565. This can then be picked up using the search engine by entering 'REVIEW/A' .

Anyone wanting a review/Critique on their page can be visited by those who feel inclined to do so.

This is not perfect by any means but it can work until something better comes along

Sorry, that post was back when I was first looking into all this, since then I've put up a graphic that we can display on our "My Home" page to show that we're open for review. Thus if we come across an entry that we could put a worthwhile review of we simply have to check their home page to see if they have the graphic.
Or as a simpler means we could at least say "My pages are all open for review" somewhere on that page.

A lot of pages put UNDER CONSTRUCTION on them - so you could search for this. None of these Ideas are perfect but it's all we have for now. H2G2 may come up with a better plan. THEY HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY TO REBUILD IT !!!!

I agree some idea has to be made available for researchers to ask for their articles to be reviewed.
