It depends whether you're after blood and gore or simply drama ...
The blood and gore winner happened when I was 8. Climbing an old beech tree on the farm with a friend one winters night, mid february, I tied some bailer twine around a branch to help. We'd tried for a large part of the afternoon to scale the behemoth but without much success. Went inside for a bite to eat and then returned to the tree in the dark, following a brief shower to try once more. Yours truly climbing the beast, slipped and attempted to break his fall through the means of a front tooth and the aforementioned bailer twine ...
Blood? Just a little ... there I was, gaping hole in the front of my mouth, blood pouring down my chin and I was more concerned about having ruined the jacket I was wearing.
Had a cursory look for the tooth but failed to find it ... Dad was called, dentist was called ... "what now" ... Dad spent 4 hours turning over 1 beech nut after another in search of the missing tooth - it was a grown up one you see - and eventually found it.
Rushed to the dentist who proceeded to stick it back in my head and glue it to its neighbours - 19 years later it's still there - OK it's discoloured a bit but it is still there!
As for the most dramatic - that'll be the time I was in the tractor with Dad and a friend. Door burst open, friend landed in a patch of nettles and while the father figure established how exactly to get him out, he drove over my legs with the back wheels and then promptly stopped right on top of them. He now had a dilemma on his hands ... rescue screaming son of friend from nettles while leaving tractor parked on sons legs or drive off sons legs - forwards = not good, backwards = not that good either - and leave son of friend in nettles. Needless to say it was no contest!!
As it happens, he who ended up in the nettles was in an infinitely worse state than I was ... ha ha - eat my shorts, sucker!

Nothing at all ... the ground was sufficiently soft to squish my legs into the mud and leave me unscathed - not even so much as a bruise ...
