Redwhatever seems here only to talk about football, denigrate New Zealanders and Aussies, and poke fun at anyone who remarks on American policy as "pinkos". Oh, and of corse telling you that she has a (never demonstrated) sense of humour.

I think i should explain myself a little. A few days ago I tried to have an intelligent discussion with Della and app about jewish issues and found myself ridiculed for saying I was pro-Jewish. Not proZionist. I also got flak from Della cos I said Pals for Palastinian. This was merely an abreviation. They pushed me into a corner and ganged up on me. Not being a wimp I fought back and now find myself the bullied outcast.

well i know the truth of it. And as someone who has travelled widely in this world and live in a wonderfully multicultural street. I shall continue to be robust in my views - and hard on nasty narrow minded people who seek to bully me!

Quite frankly i couldn't care less what you lot think of me. i try to be honest about difficult human emotions. I am mostly kind to my neighbours. I have always voted Labour. And I enjoy complex and humorous debate.

No Trunt is right. i should not have said pinko. It was because i was still feeling angry for all sorts of reasons - personal and because of the previous nasty jewish conversation. i am not jewish myself but i have a great sympathy for them, not zionists. Jews. i have even visited Auscwitz in sympathy with them.

Actually, seriously, I don't suspect that war is an inevitable consequence of misunderstanding. For some, continued attempts at communication are the consequence of misunderstanding. For others, some form of turning the other cheek (walking away) are the consequence. I do, however, suspect that misunderstandings are the inevitable consequence of attempting to communicate. Expecially in a text-only world.
