Thank you for an entry of practical use and value. Many people are caught flat-footed in this kind of interview. It is important for us to realize that even memorized answers bust be delivered as if fresh and just thought of.
My one suggestion is in your discussion of 'Some Possible Questions That Might Be Asked in an Interview'. The one at the end, 'Give a specific example of a policy you conformed to with which you did not agree. Why? Did you conform?' is a bit off. If the question actually contains the verbiage 'you conformed to', it would preclude the followup 'Did you conform?'
Perhaps you meant to write '...policy you were asked to conform to, with which you did not agree.'
Just a thought. I enjoyed the piece and will remember these questions.
