Hi, surprised I'm the first person to reply here as I found this article very helpful. I especially liked that you included examples of these questions. I would have found it useful also to have read about this kind of interviewing from an interviewer's point of view - do they find this type of interviewing to be more useful than the traditional question and answer type session? Is there a common factor in the answers or body language of those interviewees who respond well to these "tell me a story..." questions?
Also, your end paragraph where you say what a person should wear - I would probably leave that bit out and just add a reference to the article on the Guide which speaks about the does and don'ts of preparing for an interview.
Enjoyed it - thanks!
