smiley - sorry about the delay in answering... I haven't been online much lately... but I'm back now...smiley - disco

Have you tried the BBC's own online course? http://www.bbc.co.uk/education/languages/french/index.shtml

It's not bad and quite friendly...smiley - disco

I had another address somewhere but when I tried it for one of my kids for her French at school, I didn't have any joy... Though I have the feeling that it could have to do with my PC not being in very good shape at the time... I'll ask her again for it and try one more time... just in case.
If it's as good as it was supposed to be I'll post the URL here...

You can ask questions about it here as well... I seem to remember that we've touched that subject before, so we should be able to help if needed...smiley - bubbly

Thanks a lot for your help! I haven’t checked the BBC online course so far, but I’m looking forward to doing so. I’m sure that’s gonna be fun! smiley - somersault

At the moment I’m working with Cactus2000: http://www.cactus2000.de/uk/conjf/avoir.shtml
There are conjugated an estimated 100 verbs. For my purpose this is the best site I’ve found so far. smiley - smiley

I’ve tried the BBC online course meanwhile. I like it, especially because one can also learn the pronunciation there. smiley - ok

Still haven’t found the smiley - cake though, but that’s only a question of time (I hope)!

Hello!

I was busy learning French till about the middle of February. Then I became so busy with my university stuff that I had to give up on it. I always get carried away when learning French, and then I forget about everything else around me. So I was forced to impose a complete ban on learning French.

But: I’m through with the BBC course, and I’m 3/4 through with this course: http://french.about.com/c/ec/1.htm
Very recommendable! (They also provide a great “French Verb Conjugator”: http://french.about.com/library/verb/bl-verbconjugator.htm?nl=1 )

I also started an audio-course, but I only came to lesson 30 of about 200. This course is pretty tough, so I’m not too worried about my slow progress there.

I’m looking forward to going back to learning French some day. Probably I’ll have some time in summer. I’m sure there must be a smiley - cake somewhere to be found around September! smiley - ok
