machines(coffee, pop,etc)..security we only have one..you sure we have enough staff.. >>>> back to my cleaning..

we dont want thugs ect coming in it will put the elite off if we start getting graffita all over the place

i know we need staff, but this isnt macdonalds where you have loads of spotty teenagers racing round trying to rush your order through(my daughter was one of them for a while). we are trying to create a calm serene atmosphere.

somewhere i saw a list of people and their jobs.. i must try and find it.. and see axactly who we have in our employ.

My mam would tell me about the corner Lyons House tea shops where she used to go when she was a young woman. My is in her 80's. A waitress would come around with a selection of cakes from you to chose from.
