as for the opening, i dont know. it depends on the builders we dont want to rush things, we want a proper job done. we cant have things breaking down after a few days.

Hey Sian you could always do my job sweeping and mopping floors in kitchen and toilets (when they are built) buffing and any routine maintenance of equipment..any structural repairs etc would have to be done by Loup or Manda..
Trish we still ned to interview for waitresses.. i think Midnight Angel (Chell), cutiechops(EM) and lilly (liz) are looking for work at the moment... to all..the
