A Conversation for How to Season a Wok
Wok brush purchase

Seasoning a wok is all very well, and I followed pretty much the above proceedure several years ago to great effect (my wok is still doing fine today). Unfortunately that's more than I can say for my bamboo brush. It's put in several long years of service but is now looking distinctly the worse for wear, shedding prongs every time I use it..
So, buy a new one I hear you cry. Well, I would if I could but despite hunting the length and breadth of England (and numerous places overseas) I can't find a kitchen shop which sells them!
Please, if someone can point me at a mail-order retailer (or even a shop somewhere in the Suffolk/London area) that can sell me a new brush both me and my wok will be truly grateful. Don't force me to use washing up liquid on it!
