I've heard of "The Dilbert Principle" and would like to know what it is!
Anyone got any ideas????

Two things:
1: The theory that people are moved to positions within a company where they can do the least damage i.e. middle management. In esscence, this means that a manager's status is inversely proportional to their ability. Take a long look at your boss and see if you agree..
2: The title of the best Dilbert book to buy as a startout.
