I went through a phase of eating marmite every day, and during that time, I never ever had PMT.

A freind of mine (Toccatta...she luvs this story.. 
) worked out that all you need to get your daily nutrition was Marmite and bananas...MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
And that's probably it...when you had it every day, you had proper nutrition and so no nasty horridness...
I found the same too...but for some reason I just can't get it together to do the marmite thing...ho hum...

Oh, I like Marmite...but I can only do it on the basis of it being spread thinly. I just don't get around to getting the bread toasted etc..
