I do not see what the problem is.
I have been advised by "A Doctor" that if I have a nose bleed, it is a safety mechanism, a release valve.
To the best of my knowledge I have never been grumpy or shouted at people during one of these.

Is your nosebleed accompanied by severe changes in the levels of various hormones and abdominal cramps?

I must admit the answer is no. Being facetious has its drawbacks.

All I can say that if all youve suffered with is nose bleeds then when it comes to PMT you dont know what you are talking about. I suffered from the worse kind of PMT for almost 10 years before it finally got recognised officially as a medical condition. REALLY, REALLY, bad mood swings VERY, VERY, bad period pains sweats I was hateful and aggressive toward everyone and during these times I was VERY definately not a nice person t know and no one wanted me around them. During those first 10 years before it was a recognised illness and so you could not get any medical help for it you had to try and help yourself in shear desperation I went to the doctor
and believe it or not he told me to go and get myself pregnant, NOW Im talking about he days when it was still sociably unacceptable to live together and if anyone had a baby out of wedlock you wers sent away. Needless to say I did not take his advice.
After watching this programme on it my parents both felt very guilty because they thought I was just being an obnoxious brat all those years ralised - thanks to this programme realised that I genuinly couldnt help my behaiviour, they took the advice from the programme and finally got me the help I so desperately needed. It helped a bit BUT because Id been suffering so badly for so long there wasnt alot they could do for me until they found out that vitamin B6 helped a lot and I have to admit
it did help to a certain degree.
But for me ALL the problems of
my menstrual cycle were so bad
for what turned out to be for 28
tears to the point that they were making me very anaemic and ill and what is more they had been interfering with my social like for the whole of he 28 years that in the end I had to have a hystorectomy. Then and ONLY then did my illness cease.
So please dont belittle anyone with PMS they need treating with the utmost compassion, love and the utmost consideration.

Thank you.

Are you aware that you can be names instead of just numbers, or do you like it that way?
