h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I've been to Brisbane a couple of times, in fact I was there last year for a holiday. I enjoyed it - possibly because I wasn't driving. The City Cat is a nice trip - it seemed to have an awful lot of us tourists on it though, which must have been a bit of a pain for the residents. I do regret not getting into the RE or the Regatta while I was there (my ex did not and still does not do pubs much - his life will feel excrutiatingly long I reckon), and I was staying in Toowong darn it! It's a nice place, and you did a good job in a short article.

I keep thinking of things I could have written about, like the City Cats, but I guess you can't include everything. Hope you make it to a BrisVegas pub next time!

There's only so much you fit into an entry I'm hoping to visit NZ and Brisbane next year, so I may make it to the RE yet! The bottle shop next door was pretty good actually (spot the wino/ alky!)

Of course Brisbane is a nice place. I'm one of the many happy residents. I liked this article, but it could have gone into a little more depth. Aside from that though, it was really good.

I'm glad that lots of people are coming to Brisbane on holiday. It really is a great place to visit, or live in. For all those out there who want to visit Australia but have no idea whatsoever where to stay, come to Brisbane, capital city of the Sunshine State (Queensland, not Florida/California/whatever that state is in America).

Great. Now I sound like a tourist brouchure.
