The Top Twenty Most Prolific Researchers of Edited
Entries
On 5 October 2001 the h2g2 editors published a
list of who had written entries for the guide. Many researchers since
then have been crying out for the list to be updated. As you will know there
are a lot of entries out there and the list therefore is extremely long.
I decided to take on the task of updating this list and keeping it up to
date and even expanding on criteria that were being used. Recently I
consulted Anna to see if there were any easy way for this task to be
completed. She said no, so I am trawling through the lower ends of the old
list at present to update numbers and will eventually check through the Subs
to see who has a first time entry since October 5.
However I have started at the top and can now let everyone know the top
twenty researchers. This is based on the original criteria that they are the
only named researcher on an entry. And so to start this new monthly update
here is the list of the researchers with the most.
This week congratulations are due to both Demon Drawer and Just zis Guy
as they have both entered the exclusive club of researchers with 42 or more
entries. Joining Jimi X and Bluebottle on the magic number.
