Which is the prologue to Crossroads of Twilight - book 10.
It's out on ebook now and Microsoft are currently offering it for free (using Microsoft reader).
If so, what did you think?

Also, an interview with Robert Jordan in the ebook states that there will be 12 book in total in the series (along with if the wind stays the same and 'the creek don't rise') so there is now light at the end of the tunnel. 
Reading it has rekindled my appetite for the WoT, roll on november for Crossroads of Twilight!
