ok, who here can't stand Enterprise?

Phwoaaar! Picard is the reason I watch TNG.
It's a shame he is married, old, and in another country.

Ok, we've done the rest of the captains. What about Sisko? Nothing special IMO.

so, i'm 6 hours behind you guys. it's 3 pm here in dark, cold minnesota, us of a.
i LOVE picard, but only platonically. his integrity and commanding authority just blows me away.
to tango: about seven, i'm sure she's not supposed to invoke amusement i just think they went way too far to make her "eye candy". i like her b/c she's smart and logical. the opposite of janeway.

Now sisko has a certain aire (spelling) about him.
Doesn't really do very much though.
He is too calm most of the time as well.
I like Baldness so I wont slag him off too much.

so, amanda, you must like it when picard gets all riled up, eh?
i like it when he gets all worked up and then gives one of his eloquent speeches
btw, how come you like bald men? isn't hair supposed to be attractive? Or do you like bald men because picard's bald and now you've taken all of his physical attributes and made them positive

Amanda Posted Jan 18, 2003
No, I like bald men, hence my atraction to Patrick/Jeanluc.
Hair can be VERY unattractive. When blokes are going a little thin on top and comb it over to cover the bald bit, eeek.
I love his speeches. And when he is mad but stays calm and sorts everything out. Oh makes my legs go weak.

Sisko... i think i agree, he doesn't stick in my mind much, so he can't have been interesting.
Picard... yeah, i agree with everything you've said (except for the loving bit )
Data... yep, great character, great actor, what more can i say?

You mean data? So i hear, i have't seen nemisis yet, although i have had the script for several months, i never got around to reading it all.
The borg queen? No, don't like her.

who's dead? Data or Brent Spiner?
and i agree that if you're half-bald, then just F**king shave your head. that hair cover up thing IS pretty grotesque
so, amanda, what do you think about bald women?
the only bald woman i've seen that i over is the Borg queen.
ok, who here can't stand Enterprise?
Amanda Posted Jan 18, 2003
I think it suits some women, but not many.
The Borg Queen was cool.
Data is dead, although I apologise if people have not seen Nemesis yet.

Tango,
WHAT???!!! you don't like the Borg queen? i can't believe it!
she's SO sexy! especially with that slimy green skin and those tubes sticking out of her head... and that torso that disconnects from her legs...ok, i didn't really dig that part
but, ...

Data, he sacrifices himself at the end of nemisis, or so i hear.

3-way simulpost! I don't like the borg queen, she doesn't really fit into the collective, i don't understand her.

amanda, can you imagine picard WITH hair? just picturing that makes me . but, hey, he's still got that ring of hair around the back. you don't mind that?
and, YOU aren't bald, are ya?
i used to dig girls with long hair , like over 2 feet long, but not anymore. it depends... i've seen some women with short hair that's spiked and styled really cool...that can look totally awesome
ok, who here can't stand Enterprise?
Amanda Posted Jan 18, 2003
I had longish hair until Wednesday. I had it all chopped and its now VERY short. Not really short, but too short.
And I have been spiking it in a random fasion. Not like sticking straight up, but like abstract.
Patrick Stewart has not had hair since he was like 20 years old.
The thought of Picard with Hair ruins the suave image.

did you get it chopped just for a change?
good thing i didn't say something like, NO girl should ever have short hair
i totally dig randomly spiked hair in an abstract fashion
i have short hair. probably a bit over an inch and i like to do that random, spiky thing. looks cool
