Well, I didn't want it to be about the film per se.
It's about the way in which the film has been treated at various stages in it's life. A sort of 'this is what film-makers go through to get you a film' type of thing.

Certainly the UK posters and video box are not helpful in their design.
The US video I have is rather better, being villagers (in costume) silhouetted against the skyline and a picture of Luagh, the Sun God. I understand it was a copy of the original US poster design.
