h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi

I'm vegetarian (obviously!) and I need to follow a low carbohydrate diet that is high in protein. Of course this is easy for meat eaters, but not so much for me, especially as I don't really like dairy products (although I will have them).
Soooo, my question is: does anyone know of any really good recipies that are tasty and low in carb?


Ok, another (dumb) question: I'm a member of th HVS, but I don't know how to put a link on my personal page to here, or how to put a 'badge' on there that says I'm a member....if anyone could take pity on this poor leopard-spotted-creature-that-has-an-uneasy-relationship-with-technology, then please put me out of my misery.

hopefully, your posting finds somebody else, who is good in those link-things. I just found that HVS doesn't mean "Hungarian" (or something) but H2G2 Vegetarian Society, so I think you might type something like
"Text to be formatted as hyperlink"
in your personal space. There is a way, which I don't remember exactly, to show the "Code" of an entry or personal space. Take a look at the GuideMLClinic.

As to your diet, I am not a good advisor, because I do eat meat, although only "biologically controlled", little amounts, only, and by far not everyday. The only thing I can think of for you is Soja (correct English spelling?) - but I guess this is anything but new to you, isn't it?

On your personal space, it looks like you are good in herbology or natural healing. Do I guess right, Dr. Fynn?

I hope, this bit helps you a little. If not, come back and ask. I will then look for more details on GuideML, myself - my Space would need some refreshing, too

OK, I tried that link thing, but no joy. My poor brain has trouble with technology it would seem

I do have quite a bit of soya in my diet, but have recently found out that may not be such a good thing
