Yeah, yeah, I know herbal tea has been suggested, but Chamomile tea works wonders, out like a light, nice and relaxed, no weird dreams, wake up refreshed and everything. Fantastic!

Other things I've found that work - sex, having a deadline first thing in the morning with loads of work left to do, a warm bath, listening to talk shows on the radio, wanting to watch something in an hour's time on TV & just having a quick lie-down first and generally not thinking.

That said, it's much harder to stay asleep once you get there. That's my problem. Any suggestions for that?
