At the age of 39, I have realised today I am gay/ lesbian. I have had these sexual tendecies since the age of 11 and I had my first two girlfriends. I have suffered my severe chronic fatigue and a drink problem which is due to a suppressed sexuality. I learnt that a woman had a wonderful fullfilling relationship with another woman and I wanted to have the same happiness. I know realise that I am attracted to women and not to men. Please help over this difficult period. I have been in self-denial so long. I went into a chat room and I nearly got got a girlfriend but I was so embarresed by my feelings and I did not know what to say, I was so frightened.
