A Conversation for Making A Great Okonomiyaki

This is one of my most fav foods. I'm so surprised to see it here in H2G2. wow. 'wako, wako. doki, doki' <---Osaka style Japanese

I normily make it with only cabage, mix and bacon on top. living in North America I find it really hard to get the fresh ingredients that I like to put in it. like squid and such.

I was wondering about if you put some detales about Okonomiyaki in your artical. For example; the fact that it is a regonal dish from kansai regon, or if you know any of the history.

Another great food from there is Takoyaki. Like Okonomiyaki, made from the same batter only with 'tako' or octopus in side and made in small 1" balls. Very yummy!
