The Cult have indeed reformed, with new tours, a familiar lineup and a brand new album!
Ian Astbury, Billy Duffy and Matt Sorum have teamed up again, with Billy Morrison on bass for the time being. The new album is called 'Beyond Good and Evil' and its release date is the 5th June 2001. The first single from this album, which is currently receiving big thumbs-up from fans following much airplay (although I have yet to hear it), is called 'Rise'.
I for one can't wait!

Check out the Cult website link on my space for more news than you could shake a particularly pointy stick at, plus a BBS full of rabid fans and their frenzied discussions of which album/songs are the best and so forth.
