A Conversation for 'Dune' - the Film
Herbert and The Movie

Hi all. With all the talking about the Dune films / mini-series I just thought I'd just say if anyone gets the chance, please read 'Eye' by Frank Herbert. It's a collection of short stories not related to Dune, but in the introduction he does recount his experience working on the film. It's a really good read and puts the whole debate on the merits of the film into a new perspective.
Krazny.

It's just a question of finding it somewhere as few of Herbert's books, other than his "Dune" series, seem to be on sale anywhere these days alas...
