I recently attempted to brew my own lager. After opening and tasting the first bottle I realised that my beer lacked fizz. I added one half teaspoon to each bottle as instructed before bottling my brew and left it for two weeks. This should have made it fizzy. Should I have added more sugar? Can I do anything about my fizzless beer now? It tastes very good but just lacks fizz.
