I have recently bought a bread machine and am newly enthused about baking although I have long enjoyed bread for itself. Unfortunately the commercial breads lack something. The bread machine does a good job and without the mess I have made in previous attempts by hand.
I was impressed by the article about GERMAN BREAD and tried to print it out but could only print the first page. Did I do something wrong or was it meant to be that way? Bob Mole

Chech the printing dialogue box. Maybe, you should check something that makes your computer print "all pages" and only what is visible...

I have never had problems with printing. You have to convert to Alabaster first, though.
For less paper and ink, you can just mark the lot, copy it and paste it into a text processing programme.
