h2g2 Birmingham Mini-Meet: April 25th, 2009 - 10 years of hootoo celebrated!

As you may, or may not know, Post Editor Skankyrich planned a celebration of a very different kind for h2g2's 10th Anniversary. Meet Rich the Rhino was to kick off over the weekend of Friday 24th to Monday 27th April, 2009 - but unfortunately Rich had herd commitments, and didn't have a tough enough hide to be honest...
Anyways, that's all besides the point. A group of h2g2 Researchers got together in Birmingham to celebrate 10 years of h2g2 (it all came into being on the 28th April, 1999) - albeit Rhino-less.
Where, When, What...Who?
We all met up in Birmingham on:
Saturday 25th April, 2009 at around 1300 (1.00pm) at the
Starbucks at Birmingham New Street Railway Station (upstairs from the Underground bit)
The Sea Life Centre turned out to be above and beyond the call of our wallets/purses, so we had a canal boat ride instead - followed closely by a pub and a quiz! Full details can be read in a Meet Report in the The Post.
