I've actually done that before. After a week of snow, my sister and I craved a barbecue so much that we shoveled the snow off our deck, pulled out all the charcoal,e tc, and had a barbecue in the freezing cold, on our deck, at 9 pm. We live by a moderately busy road too, so every now and then we'd notice a car slow down to stare at us as if we were crazy...
Especially when we first started. Apparently blazing fires outside on a dark winter night can get people's attention. Who knew?

whats so odd about that? if I didn't have a grill on the patio I think we would starve! winter B-B-Qing... oh wait I live in L.A. winter is 70*F, but since brush fire season is now upon us we have to resign to the gas grill.

We barbeque all winter long too. Here in Michigan it can be tricky keeping the snow off the barbeque long enough to cook something, but in the end it is worth it!
Of course ours is in the back of the house and no one can see it, so we don't have fun stopping traffic like you do.

If I can find them. I've got photos of a NJ winter BBQ with Iowa cornfed beef filet mignons that my brother returned with for the winter holidays several years back. almost a meter of packed snow on the ground. . . .And for the record, those LIMEYS don't know from BBQ if it offered them a crumpet.

Hot Flash Barbie. Press Barbie's bellybutton and watch her face turn beet red while tiny drops of perspiration appear on her forehead. Comes with hand-held fan and tiny tissues

It's a realistic Barbie that little girls can use as a role-model. As is this one...
Mid-life Crisis Barbie. It's time to ditch Ken. Barbie needs a change, and Fred (her personal trainer) is just what the doctor ordered.
They're hopping in her new red Miata and heading for the coast. Includes a real tape of "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do."
