Barbecued Potatoes

Sounds boring?
Heres what to do...
Chop an onion into small pieces.
Take a table spoon of butter, heat it, and fry the onion till soft.
Add a table spoon of cheese spread with a pinch of salt (pun intended!), some pepper and garlic paste.
Cut off a small piece off the top of a potato, scoop out its innards, fill it with the cooked onion etc, and replace the top of the potato.
Wrap in aluminium foil and put in the barbecue.
