On one occasion I stayed at my friends farm with him and a number of his friends, anyway this farm is teaming with rabbits and so he went out and sat on top of a field shelter with an air rifle and shot a rabbit after which it was skinned and gutted and cut up and shoved on the barbeque, it tasted fantastic.

Sounds very tasty, but did your friend baste or marinade it with anything. Love rabbit but I only have a couple of recipes and would like to get a new one.
