Amount of stuff in spoon

I see from the entry that you state that the volume of stuff that can be transported by a spoon equals the volume of the bowl of the spoon.
In fact this is incorrect. I think you will see that you can carry more liquid stuff ina sppon bowl equal to the upper area of the bowl times the depth of any meniscus caused by the surface tension of the liquid.
Similarly solid stuff woul dbe equal to the surfave area of the top of the bowl then piled up following the slide angle of the items being held.
Slide angle is the self sustaining angle that will support that solid without any sliding or roling down the slope.
It is also possible to move the spoon swiftly through a liquid and to the mouth such that the dynamics enable mush more stufff to be transported by inertia etc.
