In the recent Zagat survey, the Fountain restaurant at the Four Seasons hotel got 29 in all three categories (decor, food and service I think) and Le Bec-Fin (hyphen?) got a measyl 28 for service, slipping to second.

And after a recent renovation it is again "5" star. As are i believe two more, the Fountain, and Striped Bass.
