Out of Luck in the USA?

Sounds interesting, the kind of off-the-wall humor that appeals to my warped mind. But nothing at Amazon US and only PAL/Region 2 at Amazon UK. I guess some of the newer DVD players can play both NTSC and PAL, but I dunno about Region 2.
I guess I'll have to be happy with "Scrubs", about the only sitcom I watch anymore, and evidently as edgy as "Spaced".

Scrubs is cool 
but I havent seen it about in the UK for a while since the last series ended
