Someone was asking me about ladies weraing kilts the other day! If it's part of school uniform, I guess it's legal, and female highland dancers wear a sort of kilt. But for formal occasions such as weddings or parties I don't think it would be advisable.

You can get a ladies kilt, but it does up a different side to the Man's kilt. It is not worn with nothing underneath, so in order to wear it is decent
