I've had mine for maybe 8 months and it's grown in places to about 5 Inches. And how can I make regular soil less appealing?

B&Q I think it was. Or homebase. It's about a year since I got mine and I think they normally sell them in spring.

I got some new ones from seed but theyre not growing, they should have germinated weeks ago but only a few have. The other one has vanished, I think it's died and my mum cleared it away.

Ah well, thats life.

one of mine was failing miserably, and when i dug up the root i found it teeming with little white worms. EYUW. I dont have pesticide, or the interest in dragging myself out to buy any for one tiny plant, so I wrapped the roote up and put it inthe fridge and dried out and froze the sphagnum, hoping to thus kill any worms or eggs. we shall see.

I found it. It's growing again slowly. The problem was that my room was about 10 degrees c, way too cold for a plant. It's now sitting happily on my kitchen windowsill, not as big as I've had it before but we'll see....

How do they reproduce does anyone know?
