A Conversation for An Introduction to The Beatles
"Octopus's Garden"

"It must be said" despite my great passion for their entire music,
there is óne song that could be used to torture peoples, even today.
"Octopus's Garden" (sung and written by Ringo.)
We always skipped with a tender love his songs, but this one shook our loyalty to our bones. "Yellow submarine" was a very positive exeption.
As a member of the band Ringo was very important; his friendship, humor, drums and lack of rivalry was very important for the succes of T.B.
And many peoples don't know, that in fact Ringo was in the beginning at the top of the Beatles hierarchy (as Bob Dylan later told).
