Have you tried running it under a compatability mode?
I've seen that work with various programs under XP.

I also have the same problem running this program under Xp. Compatibility mode may work, but first of all you have got to run the setup program, and it is this which gives you the message about requiring Windows NT service pack 3. Is it possible to run the setup program in compatibility mode?

Hello Guys
I got it to work on XP. The suggestion to use compatability mode was the solution.
CD in drive, right click on SETUP.EXE - Compatibility tab, run this program in compatibility mode foe Windows 95.
Worked first time!
Good luck & enjoy!
