Well, I couldn't really follow the recipe, as the ingredients are hard to come by here, but I adapted it somehow (don't ask -- I have my notes but can't understand how they're supposed to work 
)
As far as I can remember, it must be The most tasty dish I have ever prepared 
Definitely worth all the trouble.
