How Cosmology Affects Human Performance

I am going to assume that I am speaking to a mixed audience of three general types:
1. People who follow mythologies and historical trends, for whom their beliefs are more important than any behavior; outcomes don't count.
2. People who operate from occult wishing and influence, for whom outcomes are more important than beliefs or behavior.
3. People who operate from Fairness--"to tell the Truth," and who act upon "advice and consent"--despite the outcomes they get for being honest and true.
Those are the only three permutations : means, ends and beliefs.
Since "means/processes/procedures/policies" are created between causes and effects, adopting a "process" means that certain principles of behavior have come into play; and certain outcomes become fixed. Or, as Ram Dass said, "All methods are traps" [because they largely overlook outcomes that are created].
Since "ends/results/effects/outcomes" are created on the wheel of cause-and-effect, the ONLY determining factor for outcomes is what is TRUE. Preferences, wishes, ideations, visualizations and secrets don't count. Thus, processes which omit Truth as a standard of data, simply sidetrack all progress in favor of status quo arguments.
Beliefs--transcient or prescribed--are mentations having no power for change without behavioral change : "If you only do what you've always done, you'll only get what you always got."
When do these factors of experience--ends, means and beliefs--become important to survival?
Let's talk a little bit about the experience of "dimensions."
1. The first dimension is a point, a single thought/intuition.
2. The second dimension is a line in space or a line of thought.
3. The third dimension is a LocationX in space or an inference ABOUT what is present or absent.
4. The fourth dimension--Time--is the physical product or condition at LocationX ABOUT a sequence in TimeT.
5. The fifth dimension overcomes TimeT. It is LocationX as it is affected by LocationY, TOWARD entropy (order) OR toward energy (chaos).
6. The sixth dimension is intentional change, a sidetrack in the unconscious flow of history. Change has a number, 44, which describes "what is [deemed] safe (11)" times "force (4)." When change is forced, naturally a state of chaos ensues; or else, entropy (which is also known by the word, "complacency") results in exhaustion/depletion and death.
That's as far as one needs to go discussing dimensions, in order to carry on the previous question: When do factors of experience--ends, means and beliefs--become important to survival?
The New World Order is forcing global Changes inimical to Life.
Resist or die. That's how the syllogism ends up, logically.
