I just scimmed the list above, and found there isn't a single blues brother quote in the list. That just doesn't do justice to some of the very memorable quotes and dialogs in the movie. To mention a few:

-Our Lady of Blessed Acceleration, don't fail us now! (Dan Aykroyd as Elwood Blues)

[Elwood Blues has just passed on a red light, and a police car rolls up behind them. The words are said in the same rhythm as a blues song ("Soothe Me") on the car stereo]
-Elwood Blues: Shit!
-Jake Blues (Dan Belushi): What?
-Elwood Blues: Rollers...
-Jake Blues: No!
-Elwood Blues: Yeah.
-Jake Blues: Shit!

And of course:

-Elwood Blues: It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
-Jake Blues: Hit it!

So, this kinda sums it up I think!

There are many memorable quotes but when I compiled the list I was trying to only include those that had made it (in my opinion) into common everyday usage.
You are right in that there are no Blues Brothers quotes in the edited version. But I have included one in the additions on the original page. (We're on a mission.)
I don't think that the first two you quote quite make that yardstick, but the 'Hit it' one certainly does.
I'll put it in the'Director's cut' so that if anyone gets around to updating it they may well include it.

I think the most memorable quote in the movie is by one of the nazi's just after they have flown off the end of the incomplete overpass (while chasing Jake and Elwood) and are heading for their final exit.

Nazi in passenger seat to Nazi in driver's seat.
"I've always loved you." lol.
