Is the city as well organized as the planning would imply?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I was hoping that Codename Nomad would respond. I've never been there, but from the town web site, it does seem to be very well organized. The Church Circle is a circular road with churches on the outside of the circle and a large common green in the center. It looked like it was pretty cool!
